Warren is chairman of WGC and a founder shareholder. His primary role is to ensure that strategy and policies are properly implemented. He is actively involved in all aspects of the business. Warren’s particular focus is on the technology and communication systems that support the company. He also works closely with Managing Director Martin Birch and Associate Director of Client Relations Barbara Hensher ensuring that the company communicates effectively with clients and responds appropriately and promptly to their feedback. Warren possesses a deep understanding of the hotel industry, built up through three decades within the sector, and he has been a key driving force behind WGC’s rapid growth. In his spare time, Warren relaxes through his many hobbies and activities. These include photography – put to good use on WGC’s Christmas cards – and keeping fit through exercise and cross-country skiing. Warren is also a long term exponent and teacher of Tai Chi and has a particular liking for the cinematic arts.
