Paulette joined WGC in 2000 as Health & Safety Administrator. She also supports Barbara Hensher, WGC’s Client Relations Director, contacting clients to monitor service quality and customer satisfaction. Paulette originally worked in the banking sector, spending 19 years in the West End of London. She gained a great deal of experience during this time, not only in the financial arena, but also in customer liaison and training, which she has put to good use within WGC. Qualified to NVQ level 3, Paulette reports to Barbara Hensher and Lawrence McFarlane. Most of Paulette’s time outside work is spent with her family. Her interests and activities include exercising at the local gym, running and music.
