Liaison Manager
James’ career history is diverse,
involving aviation, network management,
banking technology and property management. It
was James’ move into aviation,
working for the major UK Airline, bmi,
which led him into the training arena.
The launch of bmi’s long-haul operation
involved 200 new staff, new aircraft
and new procedures, all of which meant
a heavy training regime was needed.
Jame’s role as Client Liason Manager, is to principally ensure that our clients are satisfied with our service delivery.
Outside work, James’ enjoys renovation
projects and gardening, and his passion
is good food.
