Flic has been working with WGC as an HR consultant for eight years. She was recently invited to join Exco and is now WGC’s Human Resource Manager.

Flic's career background is in HR and training,and her qualifications include; an MA in Human Resource Management and she is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
