Barbara Hensher
Associate Director (Client Relations Management)

Barbara is WGC’s Client Relations Director, a unique role in the industry with a primary brief of ensuring customer satisfaction, quality control, and making WGC easy to do business with. Known by clients as the ‘the face of WGC’, she accomplishes this through pro-active, direct and clear communications – quickly resolving any issues – and the monitoring of sophisticated quality audit systems.

Barbara’s previous career spanned over 20 years as an Executive Housekeeper, much of the time with Marriott and Hilton. During this period she was a client of WGC, an ideal platform for her current role. Seeing the company’s potential, Barbara joined the team in 1994. Her determination and broad experience in the hotel and hospitality industry makes certain that WGC’s philosophy of ‘setting the standards’ is upheld.

Barbara’s leisure interests include ballet and opera, and she visits many European cities to satisfy this passion.
