All personnel are fully trained for the
tasks they perform. We always place
them on an induction programme at the
start of each contract or whenever
they take up a new assignment. We also
encourage clients to introduce their
company culture and brand standards
to WGC to promote swift integration.

strong management and supervision of

Health and Safety-First
All management and staff
are fully trained on Health & Safety matters by WGC’s
in-house NEBOSH-qualified team, and
regular refresher training also takes
place, tailored to roles and responsibilities.

all high-level rope access teams are
IRATA licensed and approved.
