Integrity

A strict multi-stage vetting process from site manager to main board level ensures total compliance with Immigration, Health & Safety, TUPE, holiday pay, minimum wage, and Employment legislation.

Training

All personnel are fully trained for the tasks they perform. We always place them on an induction programme at the start of each contract or whenever they take up a new assignment. We also encourage clients to introduce their company culture and brand standards to WGC to promote swift integration.

Management Strength

We have one of the highest management-to-staff ratios in our industry, which ensures strong management and supervision of all contracts.

Health and Safety-First

All management and staff are fully trained on Health & Safety matters by WGC’s in-house NEBOSH-qualified team, and regular refresher training also takes place, tailored to roles and responsibilities. Further reinforcing safe practice, all high-level rope access teams are IRATA licensed and approved.
